The Gastronomy Guys first started making their nitrogen and molecular magic in 2012, after finding their trusted copper boiler discarded after a pop-up event. Chief Gastronomy Guy Robin was already making interactive food fun with his Oyster Boys and wanted to expand on this using the magic of food science. And so the Gastronomy Guys were born…..
The Gastronomy Guys bring a new, interactive nitrogen food concept to a wide range of events, from weddings and corporate events to Christmas parties. They have been experimenting with dessert canapé ideas in their food lab, and serve up anything from Bloody Mary molecular bubbles to egg & bacon ice cream!
 
Instant cocktail ice creams and sorbets can be created before your guests’ eyes, whilst nitrogen poached meringues will leave everyone in fits of giggles – watch as they break in the mouth and the smoke appears! The Gastronomy Guys really have created a wonderful, intriguing nitrogen dessert station like no other.
